Quality
Q1: What quality control processes do you have in place to ensure product standards?
A: We implement a three-stage quality control system:
1.Raw Material Inspection: All steel, aluminum, or other metal materials are tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional accuracy before production.
2.In-Process Monitoring: During manufacturing (e.g., welding, punching, plating), our technicians conduct real-time inspections using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, hardness testers) to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
3.Final Product Testing: Every finished product undergoes a comprehensive check for surface finish, load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance (if applicable), and assembly accuracy. We also perform sampling tests for batch orders to meet international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Q2: Can you provide quality certification documents for your products?
A: Yes. We can supply the following certification documents upon request:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate
- Material Test Reports (MTR) detailing chemical and physical properties
- RoHS/REACH Compliance Certificates for environmentally friendly surface treatments
- Third-Party Inspection Reports (e.g., from SGS, Bureau Veritas) for special projects
- Warranty Certificates guaranteeing product quality for a specified period (usually 1–3 years, depending on the product).
